- Contact information you give us — your name, email address, and phone number — when you sign up for an account, buy a membership or class pack, book a class, or submit a lead or contact form (including forms on Facebook and Instagram).
- Account and booking information connected to your membership, class reservations, and attendance, managed through our booking platform, GymDesk.
- Payment information is collected and processed by our payment processor (Gymdesk Payments, powered by Stripe). We do not receive or store your full card number.
- Basic website information, such as pages visited, collected through cookies and Google Analytics to help us understand how visitors use our site.
How we use your information
- To set up and manage your account, membership, class packs, and bookings.
- To send service messages about your account, bookings, and payments.
- To respond when you contact us or ask about the studio.
- With your consent, to send occasional news, offers, and updates about the studio. You can opt out of marketing emails or texts at any time by following the unsubscribe/stop instructions in the message or by contacting us.
- To run our member referral program when you or a friend provide a name at sign-up.
How we share information
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with the service providers we use to run the studio — such as GymDesk (booking and member management), Stripe (payment processing), Google (website analytics and business listing), and Meta (only if you submit one of our Facebook or Instagram lead forms) — and only as needed for them to provide their services. We may also disclose information if required by law.
Your choices
You may ask us to access, correct, or delete your personal information at any time by contacting us at Cycle@trainyardstudio.com or 980-290-6817. Deleting account information may affect an active membership.
Children
Our services are intended for adults and for minors only with a parent or guardian's consent and signature, consistent with our member waiver.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The current version will always be posted on this page, with the effective date below.
