Jackie took her first yoga class in January 2015 when she was in a lot of pain and deeply grieving. This initial class reminded her what health feels like and inspired the beginning of a great healing process.
Year by year, Jackie continued to develop her consistency and dedication to her health and practice. She became a certified yoga teacher in 2017 and deep down knew this is how she wants to contribute to the world and be of service.
Jackie teaches a variety of yoga styles including 26&2, Ashtanga, Vinyasa, Flow, Yin, Restorative, Nidra and Kids Yoga. Jackie is also the host of Serenade to the Soul: A Yoga and Wellness Experience podcast and YouTube channel to further her service in the transformative healing power of yoga and self-empowerment.

With over 8 years of cycling experience and a background as a lead CycleBar Instructor and Crunch Instructor, Lauren brings passion, precision, and power to every class. Her signature style blends high-energy throwback remixes with rhythmic choreography, transforming workouts into an experience that flies by and keeps you coming back for more.
A proud New Jersey native who’s embraced Southern life, Lauren now calls Charlotte home. Off the bike, she’s a busy mom to three young athletes and wife to a Charlotte Fire Captain—celebrating 20 years of marriage this summer. Whether cheering from the sidelines or relaxing with her family at Lake James or Bald Head Island, she lives life full throttle.
In Lauren’s class, inclusivity isn’t just a value—it’s the ride. She creates a space where every rider, no matter their background or fitness level, feels empowered. For her, that “bike that goes nowhere” is the launchpad to everywhere: deeper within yourself, past your limits, and into a vibrant community where everyone belongs.

Cycle Instructor
I believe cycling is for everyone—no matter your age, experience, or fitness level. What I love about cycling is there’s no competition, no spectators, and absolutely no pressure to “keep up.” It’s just you, the rhythm of the music, and a room full of people chasing their own version of strong.
We ride in a dark room, not to hide, but to free ourselves from judgment. The dim lights, energizing playlists, and motivating atmosphere create a space where you can tune out the noise and tune into yourself. It’s a place to push past limits, clear your head, and reconnect—with your breath, your body, and your purpose.
This isn’t just a workout. It’s therapy on a bike.
It’s joy. It’s release. It’s community.
And it’s for you.
