Hi, I’m Megan – owner of Train Yard Cycle Studio! I started this space right here in Mineral Springs because I wanted to give the local community something different. No big franchises. No intimidating vibes. Just a fun, welcoming, cycle and yoga studio for all those wanting to take their fitness journey to the next level.

We offer a range of cycle and yoga classes for all fitness levels – including beginner rides, strength training rides, high-intensity sessions, quick lunchtime classes, lower-impact options, and our signature Train Yard class experience, where our coaches havethe  freedom to add choreography and upper body to enhance your fitness experience.

Absolutely! We specialize in making beginners feel at home. Arrive a few minutes early and we’ll help you get set up, adjust your bike, and ease into your first ride with confidence.

No, because we believe in comfort and cleanliness. Cycle shoes are not required at our studio since our bikes allow you to wear tennis shoes or clip in. If you do have shoes and would like to use them, make sure you have the SPD clips. We recommend TIEM cycle shoes for those interested in purchasing.

Yes! There’s plenty of parking right in front of the studio.

Yes! Our Legends class is a low-impact ride perfect for active older adults or anyone looking for a gentler pace. It’s joint-friendly, supportive, and full of positive energy.

Bring water, a towel, and if you have one – a smartwatch or heart rate monitor to track your workout. Cycle shoes are optional but recommended. We’ll provide the bike and the energy!

Yes, and a very generous one at that. We personally know the sacrifices veterans and first responders give so we offer a 20% discount for those who risk their lives to protect us. Thank you for your service.

Most classes are 50 minutes long, including a warm-up and cool down. Our Lunch Cycle is a 30-minute express ride for busy weekdays. Our Sunday Yin Yoga class is 60min.

We use Schwinn AC Performance bikes — the same high-quality models trusted by top studios. They’re smooth, adjustable, and built for comfort.
