No intimidating vibes. Just a fun, welcoming cycling studio for all those wanting to take their fitness journey to the next level.

Our signature ride is a blend of high and moderate resistance, energizing music, full-body movement, and a mix of sprints and climbs – designed for all fitness levels and every kind of rider.

Brand new to indoor cycling? This class is your low resistance, friendly intro – with a slower pace, your instructor will help get you set up every step of the way.

1. What kind of cycling classes do you offer?
2. I’m new to indoor cycling — can I still join?
3. Do you supply cycle shoes?
No, because we believe in comfort. Cycle shoes are not required at our studio since our bikes allow you to wear tennis shoes or clip in. We do have some available for purchase if you are interested.
4. Is there parking available?
Yes! There’s plenty of parking right in front of the studio.
5. Do you offer classes for older adults?
6. Do I need to bring anything to class?
Bring water, a towel, and if you have one – a smartwatch or heart rate monitor to track your workout. Cycle shoes are optional but recommended. We’ll provide the bike and the energy!
7. Do you offer any discounts?
Yes, and a very generous one at that. We personally know the sacrifices veterans and first responders give so we offer a 20% discount for those who risk their lives to protect us. Thank you for your service.
We also offer family rates so feel free to speak to someone at the studio for more details.
