Train Yard is proudly locally owned and operated – not a franchise. This is a homegrown space created for our community, with real people, real energy, and real support. You’ll never find intimidation or ego here – just a welcoming vibe, great music, and instructors who care about your goals.
After years of exploring fitness spaces that focused only on physical results, we craved something deeper – a place where movement, connection, and community could live side by side. That’s how Train Yard was born – a studio built on sweat, breath, rhythm, and togetherness.
At Train Yard, we believe in more than just workouts. Whether you’re pushing through a high-energy cycle class or grounding yourself in a calming yoga flow, every visit is an opportunity to connect – to your body, to your breath, and to the people riding and flowing next to you. We celebrate progress, not perfection, and welcome every body, every level, and every story.

Ali Kresta
Ali is a passionate indoor cycling instructor with over 15 years experience teaching in NYC and Charlotte, NC. She’s taught at various fitness studios including Crunch Fitness, CycleBar and LifeTime, as well as corporate headquarters such as Google.
Her classes are equal parts purpose, power, and soul with a teaching style that blends rhythm-based riding with intuitive coaching. She believes how we show up on the bike reflects how we show up in life. Her classes use performance coaching as well as motivational and feeling cues to help you tap into your personal strength and power both inside and outside the studio. Be prepared to be pushed to your edge and remember who you are while reconnecting with your body.
Whether you’re rebuilding, leveling up, or just need 45 minutes to tune out the noise and tune into yourself – everyone is welcome here.

Leonard Scriven
With 20+ years of experience in fitness and yoga, Leonard brings deep expertise and soulful energy to every class.
A former studio owner and instructor at renowned brands like CycleBar, Gold’s Gym, YMCA, and Y2 Yoga, he blends rhythm, strength, and mindfulness in a way that motivates from the inside out.
His goal? To help you show up fully, challenge your limits, and leave every class more connected to your body and your purpose.
As a personal trainer and wellness coach, Leonard’s approach is holistic-fusing strength, rhythm, and mindfulness into a powerful experience.
Whether you’re in the saddle or on the mat, his classes are designed to challenge your limits while reconnecting you with your breath, your body, and your purpose. Expect music-driven intensity, grounded presence, and the kind of motivation that sticks with you long after class ends.
Jackie Mubaslat
Year by year, Jackie continued to develop her consistency and dedication to her health and practice. She became a certified yoga teacher in 2017 and deep down knew this is how she wants to contribute to the world and be of service.
Jackie teaches a variety of yoga styles including 26&2, Ashtanga, Vinyasa, Flow, Yin, Restorative, Nidra and Kids Yoga. Jackie is also the host of Serenade to the Soul: A Yoga and Wellness Experience podcast and YouTube channel to further her service in the transformative healing power of yoga and self-empowerment.
Jackie is a mommy to boy-girl twins and her family calls Waxhaw home.

Inside Train Yard Cycle Studio
Our boutique indoor cycling studio spans approximately 2,000 square feet of open, inviting space. The atmosphere is energetic but approachable — designed to feel fresh, positive, and never overwhelming. We have two clean, spacious bathrooms, and plenty of room to stretch or cool down after class. We use Schwinn AC Performance bikes, trusted by top studios across the country for their quality and ride feel.

Train Yard Cycle Studio is now located in the heart of Mineral Springs, NC. It’s just a short drive from downtown Waxhaw and easily accessible for residents of Mineral Springs, Waxhaw, Marvin, Wesley Chapel, Weddington, Indian Trail, Indian Land, and Monroe.
There’s plenty of parking available in front of the studio, making it convenient for members coming from all nearby communities.
